Liberation Programs is seeking Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem support staff to work in their 64 bed inpatient program in Stamford. This position is will provide operational support to residents and counselors.

Responsibilities will include maintaining appropriate boundaries with residents, supervise residents in their daily tasks, assist with medication monitoring, attend and participate in weekly meetings, complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledge of substance dependency, mental health and crisis management and the ability to work well with people in early recovery are beneficial to this position.


* Ensuring client services are on schedule and running smoothly

* Supporting counseling & other staff in daily activities

* Making sure all participants in the facility are safe and have their questions and needs taken care of in a timely manner


High School Diploma or GED

Experience working in residential setting preferred

Crisis management experience

Computer literate

Bi-lingual Spanish/English a huge plus
