Liberation Programs is hiring Per Diem Support Staff for our Liberation House men's inpatient residential program for substance use treatment.

Job Function and Purpose:

The Residential Support Staff is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of our facility are functioning appropriately. Ensuring client services are on schedule and running smoothly and that our Recoverees feel safe and supported.


  • Ensure emotional support and safety of clients
  • Conduct and document facility protocols
  • Monitor client meals and medication schedules
  • Smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of previous shift
  • Maintain open line of communication with Clinical Supervisors and Program Director
  • Conflict resolution, de-escalation, and crisis intervention

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • HS Diploms or GED
  • Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting
  • Crisis Management training and experience

Available Shifts:

First Shift, Second Shift, Overnights, Weekdays and Weekends

Pay Rate: $15/Hour
