Liberation Programs is hiring Full-Time Residential Support Staff for Liberation House in Stamford, our men's inpatient residential treatment program for substance use.

Job Function and Purpose:

The Residential Support Staff is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the facility are functioning appropriately. Ensuring client services are on schedule and running smoothly and that our Recoverees feel safe and supported.


  • Ensure emotional support and safety of the clients
  • Conduct and document facility protocols
  • Monitor client meals and medication schedules
  • Smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of previous shift
  • Maintain open line of communication with Clinical Supervisors and Program Director
  • Conflict resolution, de-escalation & crisis intervention

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Crisis Management training and experience

Available Shifts: First, Second, and Overnight

Pay Rate: $15/Hour plus Benefits

Recovery Support Staff can earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus, to be paid after 6-months working full-time in our Inpatient Residential Programs!
